A new twist on reuse

After inspiring millions of people across 75 countries to reduce and reuse by ditching single-use coffee cups, KeepCup has put a new twist on reuse with the Helix range.

Developed by Cobalt, the Helix range transforms a single coffee cup into a modular bottle and cup system that makes it easier to reuse on the go. The new system allows users to seamlessly switch from a morning latte to an afternoon iced tea by changing between the screw-on cup lid and bottle extension.

Cobalt worked with KeepCup to develop this innovative concept, providing industrial design, product engineering and manufacturing support. Helix’s sophisticated look seamlessly slots into the KeepCup product family, updating the traditional KeepCup silhouette to reflect its refined performance.

A unique double helix thread allows users to quickly tighten the bottle or lid – with double the thread engagement from half the physical rotation. Additionally, a patented plug mechanism on the coffee lid creates a fully leak-free solution.
